About New Balance

Our Risk Committee is comprised of senior leaders from across the Company, including the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. The Committee oversees our environmental, social and governance (ESG) activities, including strategy, policies, practices and programs as well as the governance and management of risk with respect to ESG.
