If I could give a zero for customer service, I would.
One box was missing out of four of my delivery. Instead of delivering the missing box, they insist I must pack up the entire bed and return to store and then reorder the daybed again.
Why not just send the missing box OR just send a new bed to me and when it gets delivered have the guys pack up the other bed in the boxes and take it away. It’s not rocket science. For $1300.00 you lost a customer.
